Infrastructure
For an efficient and expeditious production of leather bags, we owns a manufacturing unit that is equipped with latest machinery based on latest technology. We have installed latest range of Sewing Machines, Riveting Machines, CNC Cutting System, Daub Bakery Machinery, Die Cutting Presses, Core Machines, Folding Machine, Warping Machine, Punch Press and many more. In addition, when work pressure is high, we hire some machines and do appropriate arrangements for tanning, currying, washing, drying, chemical treatment etc. Our equipment is designed as per advanced technology. Further, our in-house designing unit create different designs and patterns with the help of CAD & CAM software.
We also own a capacious warehouse to store large number of production as well as raw materials. For better storage, the entire area of land is categorized into desired number of sections so as to prevent any sort of damage. We also have a packaging unit where packaging is done with utmost care. Most of the packing is done in corrugated wooden boxes to protect the product from dust, moisture, and other harmful elements.
Quality Assurance
We are a quality centric organization and pay paramount importance to the same. Our in-house qualified quality inspectors stringently test all our products, from starting to end. In addition, we take into account different processing stages of leathers. The stages are basically divided into three crucial stages such as preparatory stages, tanning and crusting stage. The preparatory stage plays an important role by preserving, soaking, liming, unhairing, splitting, degreasing, frizzing, bleaching, pickling and de-pickling of leather. In tanning stage some surface coating is applied and further oiling, brushing, padding, buffing, polishing are done by experts. The final preparatory stage is crusting, which is the process of thinning the skin, re-tanned and lubricated. Often a coloring operation is included in the crusting sub-process.
